THE AIR TRAFFIC RULES
The air traffic rules match the generally known rules with certain
modifications:
- right hand traffic without right lane orientation (american highway
system)
- speed increases vertically, each layer denotes one specific speed
(layer speed stratification)
- distance guidelines between aircars are set according to speed and
density. When traffic merges, the aircars behind slow down and those
ahead speed up (automatic autopilot maneuvre).
- overtaking becomes obsolete through vertical speed acceleration (layer
speed stratification)
- turning and merging takes place on pilot's current lane, merging vertically
